Welcome to The Shuk Music Group’s website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. The Shuk Music Group represented and managed internationally by Avital Arts Agency is a band providing musical performances for various events including weddings, corporate functions, Jewish festivals, private parties, and more. Our services are subject to the availability of musicians, event requirements, and logistical considerations.


2. Use of Website

By accessing this website, you agree to:

  • Refrain from using the website in any way that may cause harm or impair its functionality.

  • Not engage in any behavior that may interfere with the security of the website or any of the information contained within.


3. Booking & Payment Terms

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to written confirmation from The Shuk Music Group. Until the confirmation is provided, no agreement for performance has been made.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [Insert % or Amount] is required to secure any booking.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment must be made no later than [Insert Number of Days] days prior to the event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Client Cancellation: If the client cancels an event, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations made within 90 of the event will require full payment of the remaining balance.

  • Force Majeure: In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes), The Shuk Music Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule performances. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule the event or offer a refund.

  • ​Band-Initiated Cancellations: If The Shuk Music Group is forced to cancel a performance due to illness, injury, or other reasons beyond our control, we will offer a full refund of any deposits or payments made or arrange a suitable alternative band or performer.

5. Performance Details

  • Performance Times: The Shuk Music Group will perform at the times agreed upon during the booking process. Any changes to the schedule must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.

  • Event Logistics: It is the client’s responsibility to provide all necessary details about the venue, stage setup, and any technical requirements for the performance. Failure to provide this information in a timely manner may affect the performance and could result in additional costs.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including but not limited to text, music, images, logos, and videos, is the property of The Shuk Music Group and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without prior written consent.
